Delivery and Returns
All internet orders are delivered free of charge on orders valued at over £50.00 (ex VAT). A charge of £6.95 will be made on orders under £50.00 (ex Vat). Current Arun Business Supplies account holders in west sussex have free delivery with no minimum order value.
An additional delivery charge of £20.00 will be applied to Furniture and larger items.
Most items are delivered next working day, subject to stock levels,Otherwise all goods will be delivered as soon as stock has been replenished. Delivery shall be next working day, as long as orders are made before 16:00 (4pm) on Monday-Thursday. If orders are placed on Friday, deliveries will be on the following working day.
All deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays
We require a signature for all deliveries, so please ensure someone is available. If no-one is available our Carrier will leave a card advising that the goods have been taken back to the depot and delivery will be attempted again. After two failed attempts the goods are returned to our warehouse. If this happens, any carriage charge that has been paid will not be refunded back. If the goods are requested to be despatched again, a further delivery charge will be made for this and payment must be received before despatch is made.
Please also be aware that the courier is contracted to deliver to the address stated on the order. Please include any relevant FLOOR number on the order.
We do NOT deliver to PO BOX addresses.
The courier is only insured to deliver FURNITURE items to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY. You will need to arrange for transportation of the goods yourself to any other floor. Furniture is not covered by our next day service, but will usually be delivered within 5 working days. An excess charge may be applied for furniture or larger items but you will be informed before dispatch. Furniture deliveries are subject to longer delivery times (1-3) working days.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns on any food or beverage goods, including biscuits, coffee or water.
Ink and toners are subject to manufacturer or suppliers terms and conditions and are only returnable if damaged or faulty. Please call for further information.
All no longer required items or ordered in error items are subject to a restocking fee + courier charges. This is 38% of full retail price. Damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
I have items missing from my order
If you have items missing from your order please check firstly to see if there is another parcel due to you on the delivery note. Alternatively email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
All shortages need to be reported within two days from date of delivery.
